Stealth Technology Group

For MSP owners

Built something worth protecting? Let’s talk about its next chapter.

Stealth Technology Group brings independent MSPs into a security-first group without breaking what made them work. Three owners have already made the move. If you own a managed services firm in the Philadelphia, Boston, Tampa and Sarasota, or DC and Baltimore areas, this is a private conversation with another owner, not a pitch from a fund.

What an acquired relationship can become

When we acquired GizmoFish, one of the client relationships was a regional nonprofit. At the time they were a small account using us for a single Azure cloud server. We weren’t their managed IT provider, and we weren’t managing cybersecurity across the organization.

Then a donor made clear they would not contribute unless the organization could demonstrate its cybersecurity posture. Cybersecurity had become a condition of funding the mission. They didn’t need someone to keep a server running. They needed a partner who could take responsibility for managed IT and cybersecurity.

We brought them on as a fully managed client. Today they are a technology-first nonprofit with fully managed IT and a stronger security posture. We acquired an existing relationship, and as the client’s needs became clear, we earned a much larger role by solving a problem that mattered to their mission.

That is the approach we bring to the next acquisition. I’m interested in what an owner has already built, the relationships, the trust, and the knowledge of each client’s business, and what those relationships could become with additional support and capabilities behind them.

You’ve built relationships worth protecting. We build on that trust.

Confidential first

No one on your team or in your client base hears about a conversation from us. We sign an NDA before we ask for a single number.

Your team and your clients

Your engineers keep their jobs and get a deeper bench, better tooling and a security practice behind them. Your clients keep the person they call.

Your role afterward

Run your team inside STG, transition over a set period, or step away. Your name can stay on the door for as long as it serves the clients.

A buyer, not a broker

We are owner-operated and fund our own acquisitions. Ask to speak with a former owner before you share anything with us.
