Stealth Impact for nonprofits
Managed IT that trains your team on AI and technology, every month, as part of the service.
The help desk and security a nonprofit needs, plus the thing most of them are about to hire someone for: hands-on training in AI and the tools your people already use, live every month and recorded. Nonprofit licensing handled. Grants found for the projects you cannot fund yet. Priced so a board can approve it in one meeting.

Why a separate package for nonprofits
Nonprofits value things a business of the same size does not. Stealth Impact is built around them, starting with training.
You cannot sell the same plan into a nonprofit by changing the words. We changed the product: added the three things a nonprofit values most, starting with the training most executive directors are about to go and buy separately, and took out the things it does not pay for, so the price holds up in front of a board.
We train your people on AI and technology, every month
One hour a month, hands-on, on ChatGPT, Copilot and the tools you already own, recorded for anyone who missed it. The training an executive director was about to hire a consultant for, built into the service, with guidance on which AI tools to buy and what to budget.
We get you the nonprofit price
TechSoup validation, Microsoft and Google nonprofit programs, and licensing re-checked at every renewal. Most organizations we meet are overpaying for software they could get for a fraction of the cost, or free.
We find the money for the project
Every quarter, a short list of grants that fund technology for organizations like yours, with a scoped project plan attached so the application is credible. A project a grant pays for is a project that happens.
One package
Stealth Impact, with on-site support as an add-on
One clear offer a board can approve in one meeting, not a Basic and a Complete to compare. Priced per user per month with a monthly minimum, so a ten-person organization and a hundred-person organization both get the full package. We quote it in one conversation.
Stealth Impact
For organizations of 10 to 150 staff that run on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Remote help desk for covered users and devices. Staff call, we fix it.
- Security baseline: multi-factor authentication, managed endpoint protection, patching, encrypted backup, monitoring. Sized to what your insurer and your funders require.
- Monthly one-hour hands-on training in AI and the tools your staff already use, live and recorded, with a one-page handout
- AI tool guidance and budget: which tools, which tier, how many seats, what it costs, before you buy
- Nonprofit licensing management: TechSoup validation, Microsoft and Google nonprofit programs, re-checked every renewal
- Quarterly technology grant review with a scoped project plan for each grant worth applying for
- Annual security awareness training, delivered as one of the twelve sessions
- Vendor coordination with your donor, case management and accounting software providers
- Named account manager and quarterly review
Same help desk, same account manager, same quarterly review as every Stealth client. A nonprofit is not a small account here.
Get a Stealth Impact quoteOn-site add-on
For organizations within 50 miles of a Stealth technician that want a person at the door.
- Remote support resolves most issues; the add-on covers the ones it cannot
- Priced per visit, or as a monthly rider for organizations that want it included
- Priority scheduling for on-site work
Leaving on-site out of the base package is what keeps the base price honest. Organizations that need it add it; the rest do not pay for it.

What is included, and what is billable
The thing clients hate most about IT providers is the invoice they did not expect. So here is the line, in writing.

| Our automation detects and fixes an issue before you notice | Included |
| Monthly AI and technology training session, recording and handout | Included |
| AI tool recommendation and budget before you buy seats | Included |
| TechSoup and nonprofit program enrollment, and licensing re-checks at renewal | Included |
| Quarterly grant review, with technical scope, quote and letter of support for each application | Included |
| Writing the grant application for you | Quoted, usually grant-eligible itself |
| A technician on site | Add-on, or billed per visit |
| Outage caused by your internet provider, a building event, or an outside party | Billable |
| Data restore you request, or a rebuild after a hardware failure | Billable |
| Incident response across multiple infected systems | Billable |
| Projects: office move, new donor or case system, migration, new hardware | Quoted, grant-funded where possible |
| Supporting that project once it is live | Included |
| Security tooling beyond what your insurer or funders require | Quoted when required |
| Devices on unsupported operating systems | Billable |
The AI and technology training program
An hour a month on AI and the tools your people already use
Twelve one-hour sessions a year, delivered live on Teams to all Stealth Impact clients together, recorded, with a one-page handout. Five of the twelve are about AI, because that is where a nonprofit staff can win back the most hours, and where the rules matter most. Group delivery is what makes it affordable, and it puts your staff in a room with people from other nonprofits solving the same problems. Prospective clients can sit in on a live session before they sign.
| Month | Session | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | AI in the day-to-day: what ChatGPT and Copilot can do for a nonprofit, what they cannot, and the rules for using them safely | The session most organizations are about to hire someone for |
| 2 | Teams for small teams: channels, meetings, files, phones | Most organizations run everything in it and use a tenth of it |
| 3 | AI for grant writing, reports and donor letters: prompts that work, and how to check the output | The skill your for-profit peers now assume |
| 4 | Security awareness: phishing, passwords, MFA, what to do when it looks wrong | Counts as your annual training |
| 5 | Email that does not waste your morning: rules, shared mailboxes, scheduling, AI summaries | Admin staff live in email |
| 6 | Excel and Copilot for programs and finance: the five functions that cover most reports | Board reporting |
| 7 | Files that can be found: SharePoint and OneDrive structure, sharing with volunteers | Turnover means files get lost |
| 8 | Donor and case systems: getting data in and out without a consultant | Whatever CRM you run |
| 9 | AI policy and data protection for a nonprofit: what staff may paste where, the practical version of privacy law | Funders are starting to ask |
| 10 | Onboarding a new hire in a day: accounts, devices, access, and the training back catalog | High turnover, low budgets |
| 11 | Presenting to the board: a one-page technology update, drafted with AI in twenty minutes | Helps the executive director, helps renewals |
| 12 | Planning next year: AI and licensing budget, renewals, grant calendar, what to replace | Feeds the grant review |
The nonprofit price
Licensing you should not be paying full price for
On day one we validate your organization with TechSoup, enroll it in the Microsoft and Google nonprofit programs where it is eligible, and move your licensing to nonprofit pricing. When your team is ready for paid AI tools, we tell you which one, which tier and how many seats, so the number goes into the budget once. Then we re-check at every renewal, because eligibility rules and grant quantities change. It is a checklist, not a consulting engagement, which is why it fits inside a flat monthly fee.
Grants that fund technology
- Every quarter your account manager runs your profile, meaning state, mission area, size and planned projects, through a search of foundation, state and federal programs that fund technology, cybersecurity or capacity building
- You get a short list with deadlines and a one-paragraph project plan for each, sized to what the grant allows
- For each application we supply the technical scope, the quote and a letter of support
- You write and submit the application. If you would rather we write it, that is a quoted project, and it is usually grant-eligible itself
- Most technology projects a nonprofit wants stall on money. This turns the stall into a calendar
Who it is for
Built for organizations of 10 to 150 staff
Stealth Impact fits nonprofits that run on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and have at least one person who owns technology decisions, even part time. Larger organizations, and those that need a technician on site as a matter of course, usually belong on our Managed package.

Questions nonprofits ask us
Straight answers
How is this different from your Managed package?
Three things are added that a nonprofit values: monthly hands-on training in AI and technology, nonprofit licensing management and quarterly grant finding. Two things are taken out that a nonprofit rarely pays for: included on-site response and strategic vCIO planning. The result sits below Managed and above Essentials on price, with more in it that matters to you.
Do you come on site?
Remote support resolves most issues the same day. For organizations within 50 miles of a Stealth technician, on-site support is an add-on, priced per visit or as a monthly rider. Everyone else is supported remotely, with visits billed when they are needed.
Do you write the grant for us?
We find the grants, scope the project, and supply the technical plan, the quote and a letter of support. Your team writes and submits the application. If you want us to write it, that is a quoted project, and grant writing is often grant-eligible itself.
Can you train our team on AI?
That is the core of the program. Five of the twelve sessions are about AI: what the tools can do for a nonprofit, how to use them for grant writing, reports and donor letters, how to check the output, and what staff may and may not paste into them. The rest cover the tools your people already own. If you were about to hire someone to teach your team AI, this is that, inside the monthly fee.
What will AI tools cost us?
Usually less than people expect, and only once the team is ready to use them. We tell you which tool fits, which tier, how many seats, and what it costs before you buy, so it goes into the annual budget as one line. Many organizations start on the free or nonprofit tiers and move up when the training shows who actually uses it.
Who delivers the monthly training, and what if we miss one?
Stealth's own team delivers every session live on Teams. Each one is recorded and comes with a one-page handout, so a new hire can work through the back catalog in their first week.
We run on Google Workspace, not Microsoft. Does that work?
Yes. Stealth Impact covers Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace organizations, and the training calendar is adapted to the platform the group runs on.
Are volunteers covered?
Covered users are named, and volunteers who need accounts and devices can be added. The file-sharing session in the training program is built around working safely with volunteers.
Is there a long contract?
Stealth Impact runs on an annual service order under our Master Services Agreement, published at stealthtech365.com/terms, written so a board can approve it in one meeting. We review it with you before anything is signed.
